NEXTEK TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE CENTER

NEX TEK Technical Assistance Centre (NTAC) offers in – bound technical support (calls and emails), with call back facility for addressing customer complaints. The NTAC marks the initial point of contact for the customer with the vendor. The centre works strategically and systematically to ensure rapid response in providing technical assistance to our customers.

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION

Our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) services arrange for our customers the return of their machines for repairing, being replaced or receiving a refund or credit; within the warranty period, for another machine from the same vendor.

Our diligent response in providing the RMA services evolves from our meticulous approach in implementing the entire RMA operations. So to ease the customers’ predicaments and to save their time we facilitate inward RMA registration through a variety of media, where a unique ID is assigned to every request for status tracking purposes. The stringent internal quality checks and operating processes finally translate into tremendous time saving for our customers and reduced impact on their operations.
